I am a Texas Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu graduate, with Honors Cum Laude. I have been living in Austin since 2005. During that time I have went through some life changes with weight gain, and now weight loss. I have decided to live and maintain a healthy lifestlye. I have been using an excercise regimen, healthier eating habits. I have a passion for food that I want to share with anyone who wants to listen.
