PERFECT! Just what I want and needed: Healthy, low calorie, gluten free snacks. Ever tried Splenda or something instead of honey? Ever added grits? Ever figured out how to make SF/GF treats with rice krispies or puffed rice? You’re doing great. Keep it up.

Oats are not really low in calories, you can add oat bran to pad it out for less calories, but oats are not gluten free.
