Because lesbian sex is always “beautiful” and “moving”. Right. I always feel extremely awkward when films try to show it, because it doesn’t feel real to me, one of the people they’re actually trying to represent. Author shut out seems a little obvious - the director thinks he deserves all the accolades. Not unusual in the film industry - most authors don’t have the ability to stand up, unless they’re JK Rowling.
Most of these I’d NEVER guess who they were supposed to be playing, which says a lot :/
I might not be what they’re considering, since I’m female, but while some of my gay male friends may like hookups, not all are looking for that, and most of them are more into long-term relationships. I think part of it is that we’re part of a new generation - being able to be in open, serious relationships on a completely different level. We may have different sexual preferences, but we’re not entirely separate from heterosexual people.
I’d hoped for an actual post instead of a few pictures of animals and unfunny “freaking out”.
23 looks like its head is separate from its body xD
Cat-shaming is so much funnier than dog-shaming.
That’s ridiculously perfect.
NGL, Ellen Page kissing a girl is enough reason for me to see a movie.
They’re staying really classy about it, though, which is nice. :)
