Here's What The "Harry Potter" Stars Have Got To Say About Their Most Obsessive Fans

“If you’re going to be obsessed with something, being obsessed with books or films is pretty good. Some people are obsessed with heroin."

Harry Potter star Tom Felton has interviewed his most obsessive fans, including Tina, who has stood outside nearly every event he's attended in seven years.

It was part of a BBC documentary into obsessive superfans, and why they go to such extreme measures to prove how much of a fan they are.

Who else counts as a "superfan"? In this show we meet a man who has a tattoo of J.K. Rowling's signature, and a woman who proposed to Tom.

However what is most interesting about the show are the interviews with the cast and author of Harry Potter, who express how it feels to have been the obsession of so many people for a great deal of their lives.

The interviewees include J.K. Rowling, Rupert Grint, and Daniel Radcliffe.

J.K. Rowling reveals that she's had some encounters that she's not necessarily been that comfortable with.

Rupert Grint admits he has some weird fans.

He also has an inability to say no to his fans when they ask him to do stuff, resulting in odd experiences.

Daniel Radcliffe is surprised to hear Grint's story.

He tells Tom: "Don't include this interview. Don't say to people that if you ask Rupert for an autograph he'll come round your fucking house."

Radcliffe has an odd relationship with some of the most passionate superfans.

However, this has nothing to do with Harry Potter.

Rowling says she can never get over how important Harry Potter is to her fans when she meets them.

In the show we meet a woman who says that reading Harry Potter helped her overcome her depression.

Rowling says she acknowledges the connection between books and our own problems.

She then praises the value of books.

At the end of the show, we meet up again with Tina, who explains why she has followed Felton's career so obsessively.

Radcliffe manages to sum up superfans very well.
