Shutdown Day
Saturday, May 3 is international Shutdown Day. The idea is simple, if slightly insane: Turn off your computer and leave it off for 24 hours. You’ll be able to do other things, like take a walk in the park, talk to people face to face or go see a show — you know, things that don’t involve the internet. Sounds scary.
