Capitalizing on the widespread popularity of the now-infamous shoe-throwing incident, eBay's new ad suggests using their services to get rid of your unwanted shoes. Can we coin new term for an internet meme that grows too fast, going from story to animated gif to Flash game to advertisement in less than a week? Can we call that “throwing the shoe”?
