The trailer for Ridley Scott's re-imagining of the Robin Hood tale (starring Russell Crowe) is dirty and dark and almost looks like a horror movie in parts. Meanwhile, Crowe reprises his meaty-pawed hero character.

I think the original concept for the movie, which was to tell it from the Sheriff of Nottingham's view, would of been more interesting. Love Cate too, but I'll pass.

Yeah, pretty much Gladiator part two. Seriously though, how many times will this story be remade? Coulda called it even at Errol Flynn, perhaps raised it a Kevin Costner- not sure what's worse though, the industrial-metal-sludge trailer soundtrack or that lousy Bryan Adams crapola. Clash of the Titans 2010 FTW (although another trailer spoiled by nu-metal junk).
