Nigerian Dwarf Goat Cheese

Nigerian dwarf goats produce incredibly high butterfat content in their milk — 8% — making for some fine (and pricey) goat cheeses. It doesn't hurt that dwarf goats are also INCREDIBLY ADORABLE!
