Those aren’t HER notes. Why would she refer to herself in the 3rd person? It has “LL” in the notes, and WTF would LiLo know about what was going on and what she should keep track of in notes?? These are her lawyer’s notes.

There are lines on the paper for a reason.

Yep, the captions are there. But the footage from the courtroom shows Lindsay holding a red felt tip pen. And there’s more on this page than a list of excuses, including the time and where her dad and “so-called friends” are sitting.

The caption for this photo says “Hiding from the cameras: Lohan shielded her face behind her lawyer’s court notes, which listed excuses for the actress’s absences from her alcohol-education classes.” — From the link Peter mentioned.

Clearly whoever started propagating this didn’t read the article from which it came. These aren’t Lindsay’s notes, they’re her lawyer’s.

If these are actually “LL“‘s notes, it looks like a lovely pile of meticulous garbage; all I see is an intricately woven web of excuses for why she messed up. She’s a manipulator, one of those girls who always has an excuse for everything and a way to throw her own guilt back in your face. Thankfully, the judge didn’t buy it.

Note her use of small caps at bottom right. Versatile. Very versatile. Now give me bold italics embossed strikethrough, Ms. Fancypants.

So she does have a talent after all.
