Leryn Franco
The Paraguayan javelin thrower is Yahoo's second most-searched-for Olympian after Michael Phelps for 2008. She only placed 51st in the javelin throw (it's her second time at the Olympics) at this year's Summer Olympics, but Franco supports her athletics career by doing swimsuit modeling on the side. That's dedication.
