Davidson was convicted of sending spam e-mail and tax evasion, and started a 21-month jail sentence at the end of April. He escaped with his wife's help on Tuesday, and yesterday drove his family out to their old house intending to kill them all. His teenage daughter and 7-month-old son survived.
