The naked back has long been a popular option for actresses wanting to do nude poses without crossing the boobie line, or just show off the back they’ve do so much Pilates to create. It’s also a standard advertising ploy — and in the wake of Miley Cyrus, naked back billboards in New Jersey have been causing a minor stir.
