Response to How I Gave Myself Permission To Be Gluten-Free:
In my experience working in kitchens, they are a lot more responsive if they are informed that a customer has celiac disease rather than just being asked to make a “gluten-free” meal. I know it’s silly, but if they know you have celiac they will understand, they won’t think you’re a spoiled brat :)
Seriously. She seems to taint everything she touches.
