"Mohalla Assi" is a film written and directed by Censor Board member Chandra Prakash Dwivedi.
The satirical story follows life in Varanasi, from the holy babas to the foreigners who only come for the ganja.
It stars Sunny Deol as a pious Brahmin and Sanskrit teacher who is frustrated at the city being overrun by druggies and vacationers.
It also stars Sakshi Tanwar as Deol's wife, who isn't a fan of the foreign tourists either, and Ravi Kishan, who plays a guide.
The film was shot in 2011, but was temporarily shelved due to various delays.
The film is now looking at a late-2015 release.
