The trooper showed poor judgement in pulling the ambulance over something as minor as what happened. However, the person resisted arrest and wouldn't comly with getting cuffed. I don't care who you are or what the circumstance if have four cops and they want to cuff you and you resist, you get what you deserve. They should have tazed his butt.
