This Is What The Face Of A Rescued Pit Bull Looks Like
26 pitbulls were recently rescued from a Florida dog-fighting ring. One in particular was extremely relieved. [WARNING: this will make you sad and happy at the same time]
Hillsborough County Animal Control Officers recently saved 26 pit bull terriers from a Florida dog fighting ring. They found the dogs chained up in the back yard, many of them bleeding from open wounds.
Animal welfare officers investigating the dog-fighting ring and charges are expected to be filed soon. Adoptions for the recently rescued pitbulls are slow-moving, with experts now assessing how physically and mentally damaged the dogs are.

marilynm9 3 months agoI think we need to ban the stupid a$$ people that are hurting these wonderful dogs. My daughter has had 3 pittys and I now have one. I am 63 years old and if I could I would take in all those pittys that needed a home and they would never be hurt again. We need to take all the idiots that are fighting these dogs and put them on an island that has lots of sharks in the water… no food or fresh water…. let them suffer for what they have done to these wonderful dogs.
