Annapolis High School in Maryland sent out a contract to students and their parents outlining rules for the upcoming homecoming dance. The CBS affiliate in Baltimore reports that the school has had problems with students’ sexually provocative behavior at dances. So it decided to issue a contract that students have to sign saying that they will not engage in any twerking, grinding, or other explicit dance moves.
It appears from a check of teenagers’ tweets from around the country, that Annapolis High School is not alone:
