According to Pittsburgh's WPXI, the police department is attempting to identify the police officer in the unicorn mask.
City public safety director Michael Huss said the officer may be disciplined because the picture "is not the example we're looking for."
Acting Pittsburgh Police Chief Regina McDonald said in a statement, "We are aware of the photos on the Internet (Facebook) and are currently investigating the incident. At this time we have not identified the individual or the circumstances
San Dimas told TMZ the photo was taken after she was removed from a Pittsburgh Pirates game because of lewd behavior.

San Dimas has, also, since clarified that she wasn't on drugs or purposely disrupting the game.
