      Uh, it wasn’t just Romney flacks noting this. An objective viewer didn’t need prompts to understand Biden was acting like sniveling know-it-all at office meetings.  Take a look at CNN’s flash poll. Biden’s laughing, sneering, interrupting took away whatever message he was trying to bring to independent voters. The only people who think Biden did well are people already on Obama’s side.
