As ridiculous as this sounds, I would say that name is genuine! I am from SA and “Tiny” is a very popular name in the zulu culture :) In fact, it's quite common to use the most bizarre names such as Beautiful, Clever, Precious, etc. (can you imagine introducing yourself as “Clever”?!) This is hilarious even as a fake ID, but the fact that it's probably a real ID makes even more so!
