How typical of DB like Dogg would choose a President not foreign policy, or economic policy; but make that chose based on a position that isn't under the prevue of the Executive branch. These kinds of changes in law come from the House and Senate. But dogg being just another poorly informed voter (or just doesn't care) makes a serious decision like this based on this kind of crap. I've smoked, but it will never be an issue that affects my choice for President.
