After thieves stole two Obama signs from 16-year old Preston Fosback’s yard, he set up a web cam to try and catch the culprits in the act. Not long after, a web community had grown around the stream, and today it has attracted over 40,000 viewers watching the sign, the squirrels, and the occasional bypassing car. They call themselves CHAOS, or Citizens Hanging Around the Obama Sign, and they are the digital sentries of Portland, Oregon.
