After about 30 repeated listens I'm convinced she's saying 'do you want to blow Giles?' - i.e. on the dishes.
Either it's very poorly written, or ingenious.

I'm almost certain that actor is Michael Bell, star of Rugrats and every other cartoon in the last thirty years. Just file that away, Rugrats fans.
