I truly understand her sentiments, but the all caps delivery can be interpreted badly. It conjures images of an unhinged ranting lunatic. I would have gone with the more subtle (yet stylish) all lower case delivery, I also would have ditched the ‘republicans’ part as well. It’s superfluous information. They know what they are. fuck you. See how much better that reads? It has an air of lazy sophistication. As if to say “you’re annoying enough to respond to, yet you’re not worth expending the energy to hit the shift key for”. Plus it leaves the recipient with the “what’d I do?” feelling. Two birds.
