Brewtown Newtown is probably the most popular joint for cronuts in Sydney. Serving up a variety of the hectic creative baked goodies - including their, called brewnuts here, come in all shapes and unusual flavours like blood orange, tiramisu and lemon myrtle, but they also have the classic cinnamon and glazed version down pat.

2. Injected Muffins

As his Instagram suggests...'everything nutty & inbetween', Nutorious is an Instagram baking genius catering nutty creations and syringe filled muffins for The Penny Royal Cafe in Mosman & Fika Swedish Kitchen in Manly. With different flavours every Saturday, you have to stay tuned on Instagram to know what you'll get and how to get one in your hot little hands. Just to get your tastebuds watering, the image is the 'Pear butterscotch finger muffin' - pear, gianduja, hazelnuts with a scotchfinger crumble topped with butterscotch scotch fingers and injected with a butterscotch sauce'...YUM, need I saw more!

3. Fancy Crepes & Cocktails

Hidden in two missable locations in Manly...are the BEST chocolate covered waffles. Best thing about this place is that is ALL they serve, alongside GREAT coffee and even better hot chocolate made with the same melted chocolate drizzled across the waffles. (Move over Maxy B...) Perfect cheat day meal or hangover sweet treat on a Sunday.

Two brothers behind Piccolo Me have been pushing boundaries within their cafes to create mind blowing baked cooked. From CROTOP (piccolo with a with a proper Italian cornetto filled with Nutella on top), PICCOLLOS (Housemade Crossiants covered in M&M's and Nutella filled with Tim Tam & more) and CHEESEBURGER CROSSIANTS (as the name reads, crossiants used for more than just nutella & jam) PLUS much much more! Including this amazing creation pictured - FRIED MALTELLA (deep fried Nutella & vanilla ice cream drizzled with salted caramel sauce and trickled with crushed Malteasers...)

They pop up each week in various locations but are parked in Marrickville for your sugar fix. Famous for its UH-MAZING ricotta cheesecake - Pasticceria Papa has taken it one step further and added Nutella. BEST IDEA EVER, am i right?
