Riff a year agoI’ve always found expulsion (and suspension, for that matter) a dubious solution for kids doing something wrong, even something as hateful as this. It doesn’t really solve anything and just pushes kids out of school and probably closer to a life of crime. Moreover, it didn’t happen on school grounds, so I don’t quite follow how the school is allowed to expel these girls?

NicolleChicago a year agoNormally, expulsions when something happens off campus occurs if the student’s return to school would pose a ”serious disruption” to the educational process. This bullying incident would do just that. I think the media definitely had a hand in the expulsion too. My opinion… They deserve it. I can’t tolerate bullying.
