If no results show up for an item, it means that you probably won’t be seeing Republicans on your news feed any time soon!

mattp14 11 months agoAs a person who has a number of intelligent, politically interested, educated friends, I expect that several will have liked a few of these things just to stay informed on what’s being said (no, not because these are reliable sources of information, but because knowing what the buzz is is a sort of information in itself). I am on the mailing list for a senator who is my political polar opposite, but I just like to know how he’s (they’re?) talking about, say, dismantling the EPA. I know that I’m not the only person among my friends who does things like this. If they only reason you’d unfriend someone is because of their “likes,” that friend is well rid of you. If your “friend” is otherwise a repugnant douche, then, well, why are you friends anyway?

Amy B. 11 months agoThere’s worth in not shutting out everyone with differing political opinions. Discussion and broadening your mind and all that. The only people I’ve ever blocked for political reasons were the few people that wouldn’t shut up. Day after day of several paragraph long right wing talking points. I don’t want that from either side.
