It's simple, today's music is about numbers whee the music before was about quality. A Grammy isn't and Grammy anymore and a #1 song isn't really a #1 song, it's basically politics cause though I like Katy she couldn't fall on a Got To Be There or a Rock With You. Katy will be forgotten within 5-10 years while Michael will live forever.
