Rod Blagojevich will name former State Attorney General Roland Burris to Barack Obama's vacated US Senate seat. posted Dec 30, 2008 12:53pm EST Burris is a highly regarded longtime office-holder and was not mentioned in Blagojevich's criminal complaint.
