    Andy Dick saw comedian Jon Lovitz at a restaurant and said ” I put the Phil Hartman hex on you; you’re the next one to die!” Lovitz allegedly punched him.

    Andy Dick was cited for urinating on a Columbus, Ohio, sidewalk, and on the same weekend, LAPD responded to complaints of Dick throwing beer bottles from his apartment window.
