Korean Expat-Band Lady Winchester Is Absolutely Nuts!

Check out this new documentary, presented in its entirety and completely gratis, about the brief career of Lady Winchester, a folk-punk collective based out of Daegu, South Korea.

In 2012, seven expatriate ESL teachers from all over the English-speaking world converged on a tiny peninsula and formed one of the weirdest bands Korea had ever seen. By combining bluegrass, rockabilly, funk, punk rock, and Eastern European folk with a bonkers stage show, Lady Winchester earned a fervent following of weirdos and, for a brief but glorious window, captured the adoration of Korea's expat community.
