Also, comparing conventional wars with the barbarians who break every single Geneva convention with their yellow-bellied tactics is pretty juvenile and shallow. The Geneva conventions specifically address this. Just because one party (organized, unorganized, or anywhere in between) fails to follow the conventions, this does not permit member nations to break the convention. There is nothing juvenile or shallow about that. In fact I think “I can break the rules 'cause you did first” is the height of juvenile thinking.

“Um, water boarding is in no way torture” Except, of course, the U.S. government has convicted people of torture in the past on the basis of the use of waterboarding. Even Bush's Office of Legal Council considered it torture before they decided to initiate a spin war. Of course, we could always test your little theory by bringing prosecutions against the offenders… “And using the Body's logic, if we read Miranda rights and offer a phone call to criminals in the U.S., we should be doing the same to enemy combatants during a War? I don't think you can be rightfully be pro-Torture and not have experienced it. That just seems right to me. How, just how can she support torture when she has not seen or experienced it.
