exactly right…and unions paying off politicians to fleece the taxpayers and bankrupt the state is not democracy……and whatever happened to the fact the voters kicked the statists/union-backers asses in the past election—-running on a platform to cut unsustainable government spending? anyway, the editors at Buzzfeed are apparently illiterate when it comes to politics…I think this site is an attempt by former Huffington schills to sway the “young vote” and other lemmings by luring them in with cute cat videos and peppering the posts with ridiculous propaganda like this.

Lol—seriously? This is an ignorant comparison to make. The failure of the feds to confiscate someone else's property has nothing to do with what the appropriate levels of spending should be for certain activities. And where is the gradient column for the massive amounts of waste, fraud, and broken promises the feds pump out despite all the things they claim they do with their bloated programs? Class warfare is getting old. The best thing you can do to help the down and out get access to healthcare, legal services, pay for their OWN heating bills, etc…is to help them get a job…and the ONLY job creators are the entrepreneurs that create wealth and invest it in companies and industries to expand. The biggest threat to the poor are the busybodies that want to steal the wealth, bloat up broken bureaucracies, make empty promises, and enslave generations to be the bastard children of the State.

Impossible to support unions and democracy at same time…not when talking about public employees unionizing against the voters to pay off politicians and get sweetheart but unsustainable deals on pay and compensation no matter what policy platform the voters pick to govern public workforce policies. Lame.

Choke up and change the subject all you want dude, but you can't take away the fact that Islamic terrorists are waging war against the U.S. along with everyone else they see as a threat—including fellow Muslims. This kind of teary theatrics does not belong in a serious discussion of how to confront and eradicate the Islamic nutjobs in this country who are a threat to our security. The folks holding the hearing are not lumping all Muslims together and you shouldn't either in your attempt to create a strawman argument and score pathetic political points.
