Mexican singer Patricia Navidad lived every woman's worst nightmare when her sanitary pad fell out while she was performing on live TV.
Earlier this week, the 42-year-old star was performing the song "Viva Mexico" on the Univision show Despierta América (Wake Up America), when suddenly her pad slipped out beneath her blue dress and fell onto the ground.
But instead of running off the stage screaming (a reasonable option), Navidad just continued her flawless performance like a boss.
While the pad just lay on the ground!
Navidad then took to Twitter to mock the incident and shut down the dudes who were making fun of her on social media.
Note: Since pad in Spanish translates roughly to "sanitary towel," Navidad compares herself to a boxer who will never "throw in the towel."
"They say that a man who treats a woman like a princess was raised by a queen, those who attack, who raised you?" she wrote.
Dicen que una hombre que trata a la mujer como princesa, ha sido educado por una reina, los que agreden y ofenden, quien los educo??
She added it's "nothing to be ashamed of."
Y si fuera lo que dicen, no es ni vergonzoso ni de pena, pero al juzgar, agredir y señalar, se les olvida q ustedes no son lo que dicen!!
"Too bad all the men that are making fun of this weren't there, because if it is what they say it was I would've loved to have smeared it on their face."
