Buppy, one of my precious goldfish :)
The link says the proposed ban is only on the sale of goldfish, not owning them. And its only proposed. Anyway, any person who is serious and passionate about owning one shouldn’t have a problem driving one city away to buy one. But like someone said, are they going to ban factory farmed meat, too? And why didn’t veal come first?! XD -

B 2 years agoDear San Fransisco, when you start banning people’s freedoms instead of granting them, you’re no longer progressive. To progress means to move forward, but you are not. You’re regressing and infringing on the public’s right to make their own decisions. Despite your supposed liberal agenda, you’re no better than conservative states like Tennessee and their backwards laws that make it illegal to share Netflix passwords. Wake up, get a clue, and stop banning ridiculous shit because you think your citizens are incapable of having that choice for themselves.
