Turns out that the guy that gets arrested is actually the cell phone guys neighbor so it was just friendly ribbing. The cops completely overreacted.

Why do certain people feel the need to get into arguments with cops over stuff they’re not involved in? What good do they think it’s going to do? Unless there’s a case of mistaken identity, I can’t see the benefit somebody is expecting. If a cop is doing his job, and you don’t agree with it, yelling at him is not going to make him change his mind about what he’s doing. Antagonizing somebody with the power to arrest you for whatever crime you probably don’t realize you’re committing is a STUPID idea. If you really have a concern, go to the cop calmly with it. If they don’t care, calmly try to get information you can use to go to the precinct and file a complaint. Or, you know, yell at the cops and get arrested.

The cop never should have gotten out of the car in the first place. Police officers should not initiate arguments.

Ive heard of being arrested for Driving While Black but this is the first time I have seen arrested for Walking While Black….that cop is like the cop from Boyz In Tha Hood…Racist black cop.
