I agree. I understand having a policy that states that an employee cannot step in between a conflict because they are not police. However this crossed the line into what some one with feelings/compassion for human life would deal with. Screw my job this girls life is potentially threatened from repeated kicks in the head towards the concrete. Irresponsible, no matter what the job description is.

Security Guards don’t get paid enough or have adequate health/life insurance benefits to intervene. They “observe and report”. Sadly, you are responsible for your own safety and the police are only several minutes away. Concealed Carry…look into it.
