I'm shocked by how stupid some people are! This man was breaking the law, repeatedly ignored the officers polite requests to put his clothes back on… Then he resisted arrest and began fighting against the police.  If you don't think he was doing anything wrong, you clearly don't have a high enough IQ to read this response. Would you like it if this man (high on drugs by the way…) walked up to one of your children while naked? No you wouldn't. But because you aren't there, you'll side with him and shit on some police officers who were simply trying to do what society pays them for. Maintain the order and decency of our society. Down the road when some crack head is trying to rob you and has a gun to your head… I hope the police put on their carebear gloves and just try to hug out the situation, because we wouldn't want to hut a criminals feelings.

It's funny how everyone hates cops lol. I just want to say what I noticed watching this: The guy was breaking the law. Even though his penis was extremely small, it's still illegal to walk around with it hanging out. The police tried to resolve the issue with the guy peacefully. They asked him very nicely several times to put his clothes on and they were obviously asking for a while (if someone had time to notice it, then start filming and still catch them talking). Then the guys resists arrest. Then becomes assaultive. I don't like police tasering people, but this guy is retarded!!! If the police ask you to do something, you do it. If they try and arrest you and you fight them you are going to just make things worse for yourself! Everyone knows, cops always win. Btw, tasers only hurt while you are being tased. He's lucky he didn't get pepper sprayed or a baton across the spine.
