I’m gonna be such a pedant here, but I’m studying German right now: Du hast mich = “You have me” (2nd person familiar of haben )
Du hasst mich = “You hate me” (2nd person familiar of hassen ) “Hast” and “hasst” are homophones, and Rammstein meant for this song to be a play on German wedding vows. Whoever translated it to English apparently didn’t how know to convey this.
