The 23 Openly Gay Athletes Of The 2012 Olympics

Penetration 10 months agoI believe this is the highest number of openly LGBT athletes competing at the Olympics ever. In 2008 and 2004, there were 11 openly LGBT athletes. The 2012 games is also breaking another important and related barrier: for the first time ever, every participating country will be fielding female athletes. It’s good news all around!
