LOL I’m 12 yrs Old and I’ve downloaded and played this game ha ha ha

“The only way to win, is to rape” that made my day.

They do realize there are plenty of those here in america, and all it takes is the click of a mouse.

I loved two things about that video, “A couple from ENGLAND” as if people from England have no fucking clue about anything. And also “Where the only way to win, is to rape.” Genius line.

Of all the strange shit to come out of Japan, this gets the press? We’re totally going over look the fact that there is a desire to defaecate on one another as a means for sexual release and have channels that not only host your standard pornographic material, but also pornographic game shows. Its not like they’re aren’t porno films that depict rape, but a game drops and all the sudden its wrong? Think of it like this: If the idea of having your way with a render female or male against their will is a turn off, there is a good chance you are not the target demo. If you have gripes about the simulated 18 year being dp’ed by some random gent with a keyboard, then you might want to stay away from anything with the word tentacle. Japan is full of sexually repressed people, so who the fuck cares? There is also a big problem with suicide. So big in fact, that when someone jumps in front of a train, its not considered as a tragedy but inconvenience for commuters. But you don’t here cnn mention anything about that. Besides we don’t live there, its not our culture, we absolutely have no say in what they do. So either play or walk it off.

I am here to say the same things everyone else has been repeating, because facts are better when stated over and over and because a thing hasn’t really been said unless I say it. However: · I will use bullet points

This is old news. And yes, the idea of the game is on the WTF side of the fence. Does it actually harm anyone? No. Does it make fun of your grandmother? No. Does it actually incite people to go out and commit these acts when the people who likely purchased the game are hikikomori? No. The stats back me up on this. It is a venue for the exploration of fantasy without having the consequences. Anyone who is appalled by this software should not give it the recognition it is getting. Want these things to stop, then stop attracting attention and focus on the problems that plague you.

Yes, as I posted WITH a link on the first page of comments several hours after this was posted on Buzzfeed, Something Awful covered this game over 3 years ago. If you don’t read Something Awful, sucks for you.

It’s a game, people act out their fantasies through games, don’t judge, the release of this game will probably drop rape rates down a little.

This is a game released in 2006, and a story that broke in the west initially a year ago. Also, the game was (a) never released outside Japan, (b) pulled following the controversy, and (c) led to some law changes regarding rape-based games in Japan. I agree that the game is messed up beyond all belief, but the idea that this is news, fresh, or buzzworthy is a joke.

From a gaming perspective it has good gameplay mechanics and the graphics arent half bad.

i think this issue is not a threat of japanese people because i guess they have self control to do this in reality , all other the years hentai age is overs a more decades but no so popular report abusing women in japan… also i think the purpose of such this games and hentai movies is to help japanese to engage in increasing populations just an opinion

I’m surprised CNN is just picking this up. The big chunk of the controversy from it was last year.  Also I’m not sure what is more offensive, the premise of the game or how bad it is.

Is it not enough that these groups restrict rights with in the US. they now feel they have the right to go out and invade the rights of other countries and one of the only almost free places left in this world, the internet. I say get your grubby hands off ladies, maybe if you spend the time and effort on teaching women and girls to fight, there would be a lot less rapes. seriously, the amount of women who don’t learn how to fight and defend themselves from different positions and kinds of men are vastly to high. i think it should be a mandatory class for all girls from elementary school until high school. i am pretty sure that the amount of crimes committed against children and women in general would decrease significantly.

From what I’ve read, rape is not treated seriously in Japan. It is a huge problem, but police try to embarrass the victim through emotional torture and then do not investigate. This game is a problem in general, but the fact that it is coming out of Japan which is also considered a rapist’s haven, this is wrong.  Conspiracy or not these games + poor treatment of rape victims + used women’s underwear sold in vending machines = a fucked up country
