To the white knights - thanks to all of your condescending comments, I have decided to adopt from a shelter instead of getting one of these adorable mutts. Please continue fighting the good fight by posting comments on a website instead of perhaps volunteering at a local shelter.

Get a mutt from the pound and do something good for dogs.

Adorable, but unfortunately are pretty much impossible. How would a tiny pom mate with a large huskie?
It’s most likely a chow mixed with a huskie. Anyway, if anyone is looking to get a dog, please look in your local shelter or animal rescue first! Most puppies purchased are from puppy mills, and are raised without socialization. I found an amazing dog at my animal rescue.

Oh good, another ‘trendy’ breed that will be chosen instead of equally loving mixed breeds in shelters that are euthanized every day.

The vet in the link above is a moron— huskies are NOT untrustworthy around children. They ARE difficult to own though and require a lot of effort on your behalf.

3 to 5 million pets are killed in shelters every year in this country. We need to adopt out the homeless pets that are here, not create more designer (another word for mutt) breeds.
