I think that's the criticism he was going for.

i love how no one can be critical of Israel without being called anti-semitic.  maybe it hits a little too close to home?

As a half-Jew and former supporter of Israel (now deeply ambivalent), I see nothing wrong with the cartoon. Two points: 1. The Star of David has been made into a political symbol: it's on the flag of Israel, and it's on Israeli military hardware. There's nothing wrong with using the symbol of a nation-state to criticize the actions of that nation-state. 2. There's nothing particularly Nazi here. The Nazis were sure as hell not the only goose-steppers in history.

Arabs are the new Jews. One day, I know, they will get along. But there needs to be two states. And it's up to Israel to make that happen. Go liberal Jews, go!

Doesn't he know that anyone who criticizes Israel or relates their Gaza policy to Nazism or apartheid is an antisemite? I mean, duh.
