The greeks didn't allow violence on stage. Jocasta didn't jump off a building. She hanged herself offstage and a messenger came on to tell the audience about it. Same with Oedipus and his eyes. He gouged his eyes out with pins offstage and moved onstage to finish talking and denounce is reign.  Still cute and amusing though… Enjoyed it!

Tomatoes are actually a fruit… Still cool, though.
