This is what happens when you take two items from the McDonald's dollar menu (a McChicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger) and combine them. This should be a part of some sort of “recession eating” series. If you're like me, you will never in a million years eat this, so watch this insane Japanese McDonald's mashup instead.
