This is unbelievably stupid. Did the person who posted this really not get the fact that the table is at and angle thus distorting all the faces?

The elongated faces are probably just a result of the glass. The photoshopping occurs in cleaning up the faces - reduction of wrinkles, re-colouring, etc to make their skin look smoother, the tones more even, and the colours more vibrant and so on. I don't see why this surprises anyone though, since photo-manipulation of this type occurs on virtually every photograph you will ever see in a magazine or an ad. Every single one, yes.

nothing's what it seems

I don't know if it is just me or is it just that the table and camera angles give elongated reflections based on the angle of the camera's point of view vs the table vs the people posing with the fact that the light from the professional lights will be dispersed by the partially reflective glass table it seems to me that this picture might not be retouched at all.  It may just be colour adjusted to cover up the bright white lights commonly used to reduce wrinkles and blemishes.
