This sucks. What if this dog is overheated, exhausted, or stroking out?

This is NOT FUNNY. The dog may have had a stroke or has something wrong with it and all you do is laugh at and film it? Don’t deserve to have pets

my bulldog is lazy too. the only way we can get her to jump on the bad is to temp her with a snack. oh, she can totally do it w/o but she’s a piggy.

I don’t find this funny at all. This is exactly how my cat was behaving before it died. I’d be concerned that something was wrong with the poor thing… not laughing and dragging it by the neck. :(

Why isn’t someone kicking this mans butt for dragging a dog. Or charging him with “animal cruelty” charging ev1 who is standing around there laughing with “animal cruelty” These people all should be ashamed of themselves. I hope that poor dog bites his owner, runs away and finds a wonderful home. Someplace where he won’t have to move if he does not want to.

What bothers me the most about this video is how the owner is still tugging at the leash. I mean what is he trying to do??? Choke the dog??? Just pick the dog up and call it a day, don’t fucking choke him and drag him on the cement.
