Japan's Drunken Finance Minister

Lawmakers are asking Japan's finance minister to resign over allegations he was drunk at a recent summit meeting.

Given Japan's recent economic problems, you can't really blame the man for getting drunk and being a grump! It's kind of cute how he keeps falling asleep.
