That one on the right looks downright svelte next to the others… Problems with the conclusion: From the article — “Ninety-two percent of overweight women reported having a history of sexual intercourse with a man, as opposed to 87 percent of women with a normal body mass index.”  1) That's only a five percent difference. Depending on the size of the groups questioned, it could be an anomaly.
2) “having had a history”? I've got a history of eating escargot. I had it one time. I wouldn't say I eat snails more than anyone else, though.
3) Maybe they have to. I mean, a lot of guys would be willing to wait a while before having sex with a 10 if she insisted. If a 2 is insisting, though, they'd just be on their way.
4) We are taking the women at their word. Fat women may be more inclined to say they've had sex to appear more like their “normal” peers, while those “normal” women may under-report sex because they don't want to give the impression that they are sluts.  But, hey, I like some meat on the bones…
