However, if done correctly, team building activities can be a powerful tool that can benefit employees and the company as a whole.

there is nothing worse than being forced to have a lot of physical contact with coworkers while trying to perform ridiculous challenges. My last corporate team building outing had way to much ass in my face and hands on my ass. It’s just a creepy way to spend time with coworkers.
